Mike Pollard troubled himself to visit our property at the outset, this allowed him to gain a comprehensive overview of the details that characterised our boundary dispute. He referred our case to counsel at an early stage to obtain an experience analysis of the various factors and the likelihood of any action being successful. Mike maintained a professional perspective throughout the dispute, remaining calm in response to communications from our neighbours' solicitor who we found aggressive and who in our view had not done his homework. Mike advised us sensibly throughout with regard to costs, also making it clear to us the costs of court action and the possible outcomes. His professionalism also shone through in determining and editing a final settlement agreement. We achieved a highly satisfactory outcome to our dispute, agreeing a boundary with our neighbours, having their shed moved off our land and re-establishing a right of way that had been obstructed by them. Boundary disputes are unpleasant, ours was lengthy and might have lead to very little being gained, it finished in our favour thanks to Mike Pollard's highly professional approach and his personal interest in seeing us gaining an outcome that the facts of the matter merited.
I recently used Dale-Lace Sols (WLS Sols) for a commercial refinance and got what must be considered the best service I could have wished for. Unusual for a firm of solicitors, as all six based at the Beaconsfield office were au-fait with my case as it moved forward, always knowing the constant status in detail and all helping-out passing me information or receiving it from me without any undue questioning. I felt completely content with the process which took just under two months to complete. We might wonder if at times we just got lucky, but would add that I have used this firm umpteen times over the years, whilst also needing to use other firms of solicitors as well for varying reasons. However, I have never had quite the same positive result from these as I get from WLS for reasons they seem to have somehow managed to bottle! :-)
