Additionally, I can offer advice on Business Matters, particularly with regard to disputes through the Civil Courts.

As with most of our fee earners, I am also able to advise my clients on making wills, and can handle disputes arising out of Property matters (both business and domestic)

My Training: I served my Articles with Messrs. Morgan Bruce & Nicholas, Solicitors of Pontypridd. I then became a lecturer in law at what is now the University of Glamorgan, before returning to private practice in the early 80’s.

Motivation: I am motivated by Justice, fair play, helping the “under-dog” (and Rugby!)
