Partner / Chartered Legal Executive / Office Manager - Cullompton

INTRODUCTION
Clare joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in late 2015, having begun her career within the legal profession in 2004. She relocated to the South West, near to Cullompton, in 2012 and has since established various contacts throughout the industry within the Taunton and Exeter areas. Clare became a Partner at Dunn & Baker Solicitors in 2022 and is also the manager of the Cullompton office.

TRAINING
Clare has over 19 years’ experience in the legal profession and is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), having completed her Legal Executive CILEx exams in 2008.

SPECIALISMS
Clare carries experience of residential sale and purchase transactions together with new build, re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters. Clare has worked with Developers including Persimmon Homes, Aster Communities and Devonshire Homes, and can assist her clients with matters relating to schemes such as shared ownership and Help to Buy.

APPROACH
With prior experience in the travel and recruitment industries, Clare has been able to apply a much needed customer-focussed approach to her clients, estate agents and other related representatives which is paramount in today’s climate. Clare’s aim is to expedite her clients' transactions through to completion and registration as quickly as possible, whilst keeping them advised of the progress to try and make the experience as stress free as possible.
