Dan is a Partner and Solicitor working within our thriving Private Client Department. Dan joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors in 2006 as a Trainee Solicitor after completing an honours LLB Law Degree from Swansea University in 2003 followed by the Legal Practice Course at Exeter University in 2006. Following the successful completion of his training contract, Dan joined the Private Client Department in 2008. Dan is a fully accredited member of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) as well as doing various pro bono and charitable work for various local charities including Hospiscare, Exeter Leukaemia Fund (ELF) and Barnardo’s.

Dan is always willing to visit clients at their homes if it is difficult for clients to travel to our offices.

Dan prides himself on his high levels of client service and always welcomes the opportunity to meet with new clients. He deals with all forms of Wills recognising that every client is different both in their personal circumstances as well as their desires regarding their estates and need to plan for the future. Dan also deals with all forms of probate and estates work and whilst not always being the easiest subject for individuals to deal with Dan assists clients in a sensitive manner making the process as straightforward and painless as possible.
