Sara’s legal career began in 2004 as a Legal Assistant. By 2009, Sara had qualified as a Legal Executive. In 2010, Sara completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at the BPP Law School in London and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course. Sara qualified as a solicitor in 2012 whilst working at a large London law firm.
In 2013, Sara moved back to the South West to join a large regional law practice before taking up her current role as a Commercial Property Solicitor with Dunn & Baker Solicitors in 2020.
Sara’s areas of expertise are largely property focussed and she has particular knowledge in Educational and Charitable property. Sara also undertakes all aspects of commercial property work including all landlord and tenant matters (for both Landlords and Tenants), commercial sales and purchases, land acquisition and disposal, portfolio management, purchase and disposal of freehold reversionary interests and the financial restructuring of property portfolios.
Sara has acted for both large corporate organisations and smaller, privately owned companies and individuals. This provides her with a broad understanding of the different challenges experienced by both large corporations and individuals in finalising and completing property transactions.
