The Search Pack includes a Local Search, Drainage Search, Coal Mining & Brine Report, Energy Exploration Report and a Chancel Check. Optional extra searches can be added which are an Environmental Report (£55.20), Flood Report (£22.20) and a Planning Report (£28.80).
In certain circumstances higher Land Registration fees are payable, for example first registration and transfers of part which includes most new builds.
