We are in extraordinary times.
CORONA VIRUS UPDATE
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the latest government restrictions unfortunately we have had to close both our offices to clients once again. Our offices are still staffed however, so please be assured that we will try to progress all matters as quickly as possible, where we can. We can still see you in person to witness your signature on essential documents, including Wills, but by appointment only and mask wearing is then compulsory, otherwise communication will be by phone, email or video conferencing.
Whilst we are trying to ensure all matters run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, you may experience some delays on your matters. We are trying to keep any delays to an absolute minimum and we hope you will bear with us and understand that we are still working under difficult circumstances at this time.
As our offices are closed any paperwork we request from you should be posted back to us or placed through our letter boxes from where it will be collected daily and dealt with as soon as we are able.
Please can you ensure you send certified copies of your identification to us rather than sending original documents as there will be a delay in returning original documents to you and we will be unable to certify photo ID where we have been unable to meet you in person; most Post Offices will do the certified copies for you.
Please can we ask that you do not visit our offices without speaking to us first in order to avoid any wasted visits.
Thank you for your understanding and we apologise now for any inconvenience that may be caused.
