Whilst the service started in December 2018 with a different person at the practice when we finally had a person to deal with that was going to be in place for the duration it made the process easier. There were frustrations as there was a lot of paperwork, accounts etc to find at the deceased to ensure we had all information. Martin was very supportive and once we had the information to apply for probate it was out of his hands whilst we waited nearly 6 months for probate to be completed. Martin responded as required and we all had to be patient as when we thought things would be signed and sealed the Covid-19 Pandemic caused some delays.

We would mention that when sending paperwork through the post that this should be sent first class post especially as a cost was charged for each letter sent.
