Allison Walton
Associate Legal Executive
Allison joined Smith Roddam in August 2021, having worked for a Local Firm for over 18 years progressing from support staff to an Associate Legal Executive after studying through the Institute of Legal Executive (ILEX) and completing the ILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law in December 2009.
Allison has over 12 years’ experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, right to buy, transfer of equity and re-mortgages. Allison is based at the Bishop Auckland Office.
Outside work Allison enjoys going to the football, attends a Slimming World group where she is an active social member and keeps fit by walking her dog and also like to socialise with friends and family.
