Roger Waters qualified as a solicitor in 1999 having obtained a degree in Law and a Post Graduate degree in Criminal Justice. Roger is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and an Accredited Resolution Specialist in Family Law. He has vast experience in matters relationing to Divorce, Financial, Domestic Violence and Children Act proceedings.

The partners have worked together as a team for several years and have built a strong reputation in all areas relating to Family Law. They took the decision to establish a law firm focusing on strong legal advice coupled with great empathy and support for their clients.

Roger specifically carries out work relating to Family Law and has been doing so for almost 20 years. This includes most types of proceedings relating to Children, Domestic Violence, Divorce & Separation and Financial Issues. He frequently works as an agent for firms that are not near local courts in the area. He has developed a good relationship with local firms and courts which has proved to be extremely useful.

Roger was brought up in Newcastle and left at the age of 10. Despite coming from a long line of doctors and health professionals he decided to embark on a legal career.

Although Roger had travelled extensively throughout the world he now spend most of his free time with his family or playing guitar and writing songs. He is a certified scuba diver and keen amateur photographer/ videographer.
