My first impression of speaking with Nathalie from the first conversation on April 4th 2020, (the day after my children had been taken away) was very good. I was extremely impressed with her concern for my position and how she reassured me that could respond within an extremely tight deadline to reply to the courts justification to take them. Throughout my dealings with Nathalie, she would not rush each call but answered thoroughly and provided detailed advice. I know she is extremely busy, but she always returned my calls. Even when she was ill and out of the office she had left my case in very capable hands. Nathalie also comes across as compassionate and did not judge me negatively, but listened to my points of view and helped me to remain positive. Even when I left calls for Nathalie and she didnt reply back, I did not know that she was dictating thorough replies to her secretary which speaks volumes about how much care she put into my case. I am very impressed with Quality Solicitors and particularly with the friendly team who answered my calls. There was a lady in particular whose name I dont know, but was always friendly when answering my calls. That gives a good impression of your firm. So I have been very blessed to have had your firm handle my legal matter.

Nathalie took on my case after I had a short telephone session booked at a Domestic Violence Clinic with her. I was very worried about my position in Family Court and after that initial first conversation, I was reassured and felt confident moving forward. I terminated my previous solicitors and Nathalie went above and beyond to catch up on the case history and book a barrister for me a few days before my first court hearing. My case lasted just under a year and I could not have got through it without Nathalie's positive outlook and expert legal advice. We faced many difficulties during my case but I was happy that Nathalie was by my side.
