I am a Solicitor currently working within the commercial property department.

I have experience handling a wide variety of property related transactions, in both a residential and commercial context.

Aside from the transactional matters (such as sales and purchases), I also handle ancillary work including new residential leases, commercial leases, variations, easements, development set-up, planning agreements, various forms of notices, loan agreements and refinances.
