Jessica Wharton F.CILEx

I joined the Wells office of Gould & Swayne in September 2015.  I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and qualified in 2006 when I gained experience assisting with a broad variety of property work including commercial leases, sales of business, grants of easements, residential conveyancing and conveyancing of agricultural and development land.  I have worked with clients who are sole traders, small to medium enterprises or institutions.

I am now particularly focused on residential plot sales and its associated work, but I also handle some residential conveyancing.  I enjoy getting to know my clients and like to ensure I have a good working relationship with them to enable me to meet their requirements.
