For many years, I have been involved in advising and assisting clients in relation to the resolution of disputes especially relating to contested wills and family issues.
Since February 2016, I have been part of the Private Client Department team which includes Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Estate and Trust Administration and have focused primarily on the Administration of Estates and Trusts.
I oversee the Private Client Department in which I am supported by Michael Burgess, Emma Hardy and Elizabeth Talbot.
