Rachel Oaten

Rachel is a qualified lawyer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) specialising in Probate Practice. She has extensive experience advising clients on wills, estate planning, probate and estate administration, including deeds of variation and inheritance tax planning.

Rachel also assists clients with Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and deputyship applications, providing practical and compassionate support during what can often be challenging times.
