It's important to us that you know just what our Fixed Fee Divorce package does and doesn't include so we've set out below what will be included and dealt with and just as importantly what we won't be able to do for you with this package.
We will - take your instructions; write one letter to the person on the other side of your divorce; draft the divorce documentation for your approval and submit it to the court; if the Acknowledgment of Service document isn't returned we will write one letter to chase for this; where the Acknowledgment of Service is returned as it should be we will prepare your statement and application for Decree Nisi and after your Decree Nisi is pronounced we will apply for your Decree Absolute.
We won't - repeatedly chase for the return of the Acknowledgment of Service if it hasn't been returned after the first letter requesting it; deal with the service of the divorce papers for you other than by asking the court to issue and serve the papers by post in the normal way when they are first prepared; deal with defended divorce proceedings as a Fixed Fee Divorce.
Should the divorce be or become defenced it won't be covered by our Fixed Fee Divorce package and of course as we mentioned above it won't deal with any matters that are not agreed relating to finances and/or children.
