Lalarukh Pervaiz

I am a Consultant Solicitor at QualitySolicitors Mirza. I joined the firm in August 2012 and specialise in the field of Immigration, Asylum and Nationality law. 

I have successfully represented clients with their Immigration matters; regularising their status and obtaining Leave to Remain outside the immigration rules, applying for further leave to remain for in-country cases (extension or switching categories),  Entry Clearance applications, preparing and representing client's with their Appeals before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal. 

I have also successfully assisted clients in detention by making representations, bail applications and when necessary have made urgent representations to cancel a deportation order. 

I am also a fluent speaker in Urdu and Punjabi.
