In my case, as we were processing the purchase of the property the vendor suddenly gave us a very tight deadline and said he would withdraw if we could not complete the contract exchange by this time. This resulted in me panicking so I explained the situation to my solicitor, Sajjid Elahi, who assured me that he would do everything in order to meet the deadline. One of the best solicitors I have come across. I had two problematic claims - one civil and one criminal. These guys are excellent Defence Lawyers that's all I can say! I also had a road traffic personal injury matter that I passed onto these guys as recommended by my friend. Initially a lady by the name of 'Salome', assisted in my enquiries.
