Having used a different local Walthamstow solicitors for a previous house purchase (Fellowes), I would definitely recommend Mohammed in preference. In my case, as we were processing the purchase of the property the vendor suddenly gave us a very tight deadline and said he would withdraw if we could not complete the contract exchange by this time.
