The Litigation team have been very busy this week with an urgent application to the High Court. They were instructed by a local business who had discovered that a small number of their ex staff had set up another company in the same geographical area in direct competition. An urgent application was made for an interim injunction to the High Court to restrain them from further dealing in competition and from contact with clients of the company. The application was successful and they managed to secure both the injunction and an order for costs.
