Becky Murdock (Nee Badenoch-Jones)

I am a Solicitor based in our Newhaven office of Barwells specialising in Private Client work.  I have worked in the legal sector since 2009, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2017.

I predominately manage clients’ affairs under Lasting Powers of Attorneys, Court Orders or Enduring Powers of Attorney for those who require assistance or are not mentally capable of doing so themselves. Sometimes my client’s family are not able to act as they live the other side of the world, just don’t have the time or are not good with paperwork. I therefore work with my clients, and their families, to make sure decisions are made in their best interest. I work closely with various local authorities, banks, and other professionals to make sure a high standard of care is provided.

I pride herself on providing excellent client care, being friendly and approachable. I take the time to listen and I feel that a smile is sometimes more powerful than a thousand words.

In addition to managing clients affairs I also specialises in Wills, Administration of Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney preparation,  Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and Trust Registration.
