Jemma Smith

Jemma is a Solicitor and Partner in our Eastbourne Conveyancing department having joined us in 2017. Jemma qualified as a Solicitor in 2016 after completing her Legal Practice Course in London and became Partner in February 2022.

Jemma deals with both residential and commercial property transactions. Jemma’s recent cases have included drafting leases for a large residential development, asset purchase of a local business and lease of premises, statutory lease extension for a residential flat, sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties and purchase of land.

Jemma has been commended by her clients for her excellent service, helpful advice and her professional approach.

Outside of work Jemma is kept busy with her young family, but when she gets free time she likes to socialise with friends.
