On the 6th and 13th December, between 5pm and 8pm, QualitySolicitors Dunn & Baker, will open their Newton Abbot office to the public, offering free legal advice on Family Law, Private Client Services, Personal Injury and Property. What is Family Law?
Family Law is a service that deals with family type legalities and disputes. We can offer advice and help on anything ranging from adoption and arrangements for children, to premarital agreements, divorce and separation.
What are Private Client Services?
Private Client services mainly focus on Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney, for example, estate administration, wills, inheritance tax planning.
What does Housing and Property entail?
Our Residential Property services, includes all aspects of Freehold and Leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgage and transfer of equity; together with clarification of boundary ownership, covenant and repair and maintenance liabilities, stamp duty queries (following the recent Budget) and all general property enquiries.
What are Personal Injury services?
