Stephen is a Commercial Property solicitor and joined Dunn and Baker as an associate in 2013 after working for 10 years with a national law firm, based in the South West. Stephen specialises in a variety of complex work on behalf of a range of clients and takes on a mix of commercial property transactions, but has particular expertise in SIPP acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending and business asset sales/purchases. His clients include pension providers, commercial investors and developers, landlords and tenants, banks and business operators.
Stephen is Australian by birth and prior to emigrating to the UK, worked as a scuba diving instructor on a large barrier reef resort and before that as a restaurant manager. He therefore has a keen customer service focus and this is evidenced by loyal clients who use Stephen as a point of contact for all of their legal matters.
Joining George Bowser in the Dunn and Baker Commercial team, Stephen works in Cullompton and Exeter and says he is delighted to have joined the partnership and hopes that his experience will add to the existing strength and experience of the firm.
