Alex Penwell

Alex is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department. Having commenced his Training Contract in October 2021, Alex qualified as a Solicitor in August 2023. During his Training Contract, Alex worked in Commercial and Residential Property, Family, and Wills, Trusts and Probate.

Alex studied Law at the University of the West of England, completing his undergraduate degree in 2020, obtaining a 2:1. Alex returned to the University of the West of England to study his LPC the following academic year. Alex has also obtained a Masters in Law which he completed alongside his work at Dunn & Baker Solicitors. He has used this to further his knowledge and understanding of the law in practice.

Alex describes himself as diligent, considerate and rigorous.

Alex joined Dunn & Baker Solicitors as a paralegal in August 2021 and is currently working in the Commercial Property Department. He undertakes a wide range of work for commercial clients, including the purchase and sale of businesses and related property, creation and assignment of leases, and transactions involving agricultural and development land.
