Dunn & Baker Solicitors are delighted to welcome Andrew Fursdon and Nikolai Klein, both of whom joined the team on 1st March 2023.
Andrew joined the Exeter Family Department as full time Associate Solicitor and will be working alongside Darren Cleverdon and Emma Benyon-Tinker in divorce and financial matters. Having worked a large portion of his career for Legal Firms in Bristol, London, Cardiff and Eastbourne, Andrew relocated to Devon in 2018 where he worked for a local law firm until joining Dunn & Baker. Andrew boasts over 30 years’ experience and has been a member of Resolution for a number of years, having completed his Resolution Collaborative Training in May 2017. Andrew holds the Resolution Specialist Accreditation status in the areas of complex financial remedy and private law children cases.
Based in the Exeter office as a full time Paralegal, Nikolai is a member of the Private Client Team and will be assisting in Will writing, Court of Protection cases and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Nikolai initially obtained his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Exeter in 2017. In 2022, he gained his Graduate Diploma in Law and completed the LPC at the University of Law Exeter Campus in 2023. Nikolai describes himself as approachable, professional and diligent, and enjoys helping clients, believing in being open and honest approach.
