Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive

We are looking for a Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive to join our Team based in Doncaster and South Yorkshire.

We seek a candidate with drive and determination to deliver on the firms increasing workload and to play a key role in pushing our Private Client Department onwards into the future. You would be working in our Wills and Probate Department . We have an established flexible working policy and can offer remote working .

Role

Working closely with the Firms Senior Partner and Private Client team to deliver a range of work  including

• Wills
• Probate
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection Work
• A willingness and experience to undertake conveyancing work will be an advantage.

You will also be someone that will be as comfortable promoting your Department and the firm as you are in delivering Fee Earning Work.

The firm runs a full range of case management systems and has remote working facilities, and you will be comfortable in the full use of a range of modern technology

Candidate

You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor / Legal executive .  We will consider a range of experience as the right candidate is the most important factor.
