The Court of Appeal today granted leave to Appeal in All Grounds in the case of R v H . H had initially been refused permission to appeal but the case was argued out today by QualitySolicitors Jordans and Counsel Mark Barlow of Garden Court North Chambers , Manchester .
The Appeal will now be listed for Full Hearing at a later date .
H was convicted in 2005 at Preston Crown Court and sentenced to 15 years imprisonment. He has always maintained his innocence .
