Linda Lee National President of the Law Society has spoken about the importance of this new standard to recognise only the highest standards in residential conveyancing . The Scheme requires applicants to undertake a strict assessment , rigourous training and regular audits and checks to ensure the highest standards are maintained .
The success of the firm has been recognised by the National President who has invited Senior Partner Rosemarie Sharp to a reception at Chancery Lane for flagship practices who became the first to acheive the standard .
