Mark Newby has accepted an invite to return to the National Innocence Network Annual Conference hosted by Norton Rose . He will speak on 26th November on how to deploy fresh evidence in Criminal Appeal Cases and how to get such evidence into Court of Appeal Cases .
In particular Mark will consider how to get evidence in which isn't fresh evidence at all . This will be illustrated by reference to a number of successful appeals many of which have been conducted by Mark .
Mark is the in House Solciitor Adovcate at QualitySolicitors Jordans and recognised a s leaidng expert in appeals and particularly historic cases .
