Administrative Assistant
Administrative assistant required for our Barry office:
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Answering the telephone and direction of calls to the appropriate fee earner/administrative staff
- Maintaining a good rapport with clients
- Indexing and storage of wills
- Indexing and storage of deeds
- Indexing and storage of closed files
- Scanning files into computer system
- Attend all three offices when required (Barry, Cardiff, Penarth)
- Secretarial support when required
