Administrative assistant required for our Barry office:

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Answering the telephone and direction of calls to the appropriate fee earner/administrative staff
  • Maintaining a good rapport with clients
  • Indexing and storage of wills
  • Indexing and storage of deeds
  • Indexing and storage of closed files
  • Scanning files into computer system
  • Attend all three offices when required (Barry, Cardiff, Penarth)
  • Secretarial support when required
