Family Solicitor

We are seeking to recruit a Family Solicitor experienced in family and childcare lawand care proceedings(both public and private).

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

*Advocacy, verbal and written communication skills

* Good organisational and time management skills

* Ability to work towards targets and tight deadlines

* Knowledge of CCMS

* IT skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Manage case files in accordance with Lexcel Standard/Legal Aid Agency

* Support and advise clients of the firm either in Court or the office

* Manage and run a busy and varied caseload

* Carry out advocacy in relevant Courts
