Newly qualified Kasia works alongside partners Duncan Kennedy and Megan Jones. She specialises in wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, trusts and court of protection work.

Kasia’s background and memberships
Prior to joining J A Hughes, Kasia studied for her Law degree at Cardiff University and went on to pass the Legal Practice Course with Commendation in 2018. She completed her A Levels at St David’s RC College in Cardiff. She is fluent in Polish.
Kasia is passionate about animal welfare and is a member of the UK Centre for Animal Law. This is a charity which brings together lawyers who pioneer for a better legal framework for animals.
She is also a member of the Young Legal Aid Lawyers who aim to protect the interests of the vulnerable in society by supporting the provision of publicly funded legal help. In support of this Kasia has volunteered for many years at the Speakeasy employment law advice clinic in Cardiff.
Her personal interests
In her spare time, Kasia enjoys watching rugby and going for long walks in the countryside with her dogs.
