Will and LPA Costs

Making a Will is something we know we should do but never quite get round to, but the good news is that at QualitySolicitors J A Hughes, making a Will could be much quicker and easier than you think.

Our solicitors have a wealth of experience in creating wills and make the process fast, straightforward and hassle-free. And once in place, you’ll be able to relax knowing that you’ve planned for whatever the future may bring.

We can also create a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA). This is a legal document that allows another person to make decisions about your wellbeing and affairs on your behalf if you are in a position to be unable to make your own decisions. Appointing an attorney before you actually need one gives you the peace of mind that your affairs will be managed how you want them to be.

Due to Money Laundering Regulations, we now require identification from all Clients and attach lists of identification which can be used.  In compliance with Money Laundering Regulations and in addition to the above, it is our policy to electronically verify your ID using an online platform.

The cost of this verification is £12.50 plus VAT (£15.00 including of VAT) per individual and £45.00 plus VAT (£54.00 including VAT) per organisation. Please note that the electronic search we use to verify your identity leaves a “soft footprint” that your credit profile has been checked, but it does not have any effect on your credit rating.
