Asking prices across the South East rise by 3.4% in the last year.

House prices across England and Wales are showing an increase from this time last year with an average 2% rise, this is the largest annual rise since 2007. Figures produced by Right Move show the South East alone has had a 3.4% rise in asking prices on the property market since October 2011, that shows asking prices rising from £308,101 in October 2011 to £311,438 in October 2012. November is showing to have a 4.5 per cent fall in asking prices to £297,564, however Right Move announce this is a "traditionally quiet time".
