This was my first property purchase ( i am 20 years old ) although the process took place during difficult and busy times , initially with the stamp duty cutoff and then lock-down there was never a time that i couldn't Email Claire with any questions ,problems ,help or just asking for guidance due to my inexperience and not receive a prompt and detailed reply that was worded in a way that was easy for me to comprehend .

The service I received was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company. My family used Large & Gibson before, for probate after my father died in 2012 and we were really impressed. Coincidentally, the estate agent Bernard’s, who I sold my property through recently, recommended the same company, after I’d already asked them to deal with the conveyancing.
