The service I received was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company. My family used Large & Gibson before, for probate after my father died in 2012 and we were really impressed. I used QualitySolicitors Large & Gibson for my first house purchase on the back of a recommendation from my sibling and they done an excellent job from start to finish.

I got my offer accepted last year in November 25 and completed in May 26 so it was a long process due to the sellers but QS was great over this duration. They were quick to respond to every query, usually within an hour.

They got all documentation quickly, the delays were never from their side. They processed my Lifetime ISA (for first time buyer) without any issues and also got an extension on this due to completion taking longer than 3 months.

If I had a query for the sellers, they would liaise and chase up with the seller’s solicitors and got responses back to me very quickly. They kept me posted with any updates along the process and didn’t miss a beat.

Buying a house is stressful but do not hesitate to use QS for house purchases as they are very profession and efficient; I couldn’t recommend highly enough! 5 star experience from Daniel and Lesley .
