Wills during COVID-19

Here at Quality Solicitors Large & Gibson  we are still providing a full range of legal services and aim to continue to provide a quality service as efficiently as possible, whilst keeping our staff and clients safe.

When it comes to Wills this is the service you can expect to receive:

1. Initial enquiry to book a telephone or video appointment rather than face to face meeting
2. ID provided by email/video prior to the meeting
3. Telephone or video meeting to take your initial instructions 
4. We will then send client care papers and draft Wills by email (preferably) or by post if you have no access to email 
5. Once the drafts are approved we can arrange for either a ‘drive thru’ type will signing service or the original Will can be sent out to you with instructions on how to sign the Will with appropriate witnesses (neighbours/colleagues) from a safe distance
6. The witnesses would use their own pen, ideally wear gloves or use hand sanitiser prior to holding the Will and remain at least 2 metres away
7. Once the Will is finalised and returned to us then it will be stored here (included in the fixed fee) and a copy sent out to you as usual
