Jess Stride

Jess began her career at a Portsmouth firm as a Plots Sales Fee Earner and wider work within the commercial conveyancing team. She subsequently worked from within the Real Estate and Business Team in a West Sussex Law firm as a Chartered Legal Executive before joining the firm in July 2026 as part of the Commercial team working with Michael Rowland. Jess is a Chartered Legal Executive who deals with commercial property work and a variety of commercial issues, including working with a wide range of clients such as pension providers, charities, financial institutions and public bodies.  Jess enjoys working with a wide range of clients and coming to understand the nature of their business and goals.

Jess has experience in a wide range of property transactions including commercial leases, portfolio sales, development land sales, development set up work and plot sales, secured lending and commercial purchases. Jess prioritises client care and ensuring that her clients receive a service suitable to each individual transaction and their commercial aims as well as ensuring that her clients remain updated and informed.

In her personal life Jess enjoys going on walks with Buzz, her golden retriever-cockapoo cross (golden cockadoodledoo- patent pending!),reading as many books as she can, going to the theatre and spending time with her family.
