Richard Wootton

Senior Partner

I am the Senior Partner of the Practice and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Assisted by colleagues I deal with all aspects of the administration of the Practice and its development and financial matters.

In addition I continue to enjoy private client work in the area of buying and selling property and I am fortunate enough to act in many instances for great grandchildren of clients I originally acted for when I joined the Practice in 1973. In addition I am often appointed by clients as their Executor and their Attorney which I see as a mark of confidence in the service that I have provided to them over many years.

My ethos for the years I have spent with this Practice has been to provide the best possible service and in joining the Quality Solicitors brand I see that as yet another step in our pursuit of excellence in the provision of legal services to clients of all ages.

I enjoy working with the Heads of the various departments in my Practice to encourage them to promote my own ethos in the hope that the Practice can grow organically which it has done since its inception in 1899 !
