In these uncertain times, we wanted to rewrite our wills, remotely, without visiting the office in Kent Road.
Jenna was excellent, she listened carefully to our requirements and very quickly and efficiently wrote us draft wills and posted them for us to review. This was my first property purchase ( i am 20 years old ) although the process took place during difficult and busy times , initially with the stamp duty cutoff and then lock-down there was never a time that i couldn't Email Claire with any questions ,problems ,help or just asking for guidance due to my inexperience and not receive a prompt and detailed reply that was worded in a way that was easy for me to comprehend .
