Commercial Solicitor/Legal Executive required

The tenacious Tim Ollerenshaw is looking for a solicitor or legal executive to join his team. If you want a role with exciting and challenging cases where no two days will be the same, we want to hear from you.
The successful candidate will preferably have at least 2 years PQE with a proven ability to manage your own caseload, acting on behalf of businesses and individuals on a wide and varied range of general commercial matters to include:
- Share sales and purchases
- Business assets sales and purchases
- New company structures and company re-structuring
- Shareholders’ Agreements
- Bespoke Terms and Conditions and other commercial contract work and advice
You must be able confidently to handle the variety of work and your own caseload, assisting the team and the directors in building and maintaining effective client relationships.
