Quality Solicitors Moore & Tibbits is committed to ensuring the elimination of discrimination and the promotion of equality and diversity in all our professional dealings.   This means that all clients, job applicants and employees, counsel, experts or agents will receive equal treatment regardless of nationality, ethnic or national origins, age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex (gender) or sexual orientation.

In accordance with the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority’s requirements, everyone within the practice has had an opportunity to complete a survey in order to monitor the ethnic and sexual composition of the existing staff.

Out of 53 employees and Directors, we received 24 responses: 6 of these were from Solicitors; 2 of these were from those undertaking another fee earner role; 10 of these were from roles directly supporting a fee earner; 2 of these were from those in a managerial role; 1 was from a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and 3 of these were from an IT/HR role.

The survey covered the following areas: age, gender identity; transgender; disability; day-to-day limitations; ethnicity; religion or belief; sexual orientation; school type from 11 to 18; first generation to attend university; primary carer for a child under 18; and time spent providing unpaid care for those with long term physical or mental ill health caused by disability or age.
