I was surprised by how long the whole process took. At one point I didn’t realise you were waiting for information from me. My request was completed in accordance with my wishes, for around the cost I was expecting. I think 3 different lawyers worked on my case, and this didn’t appear to add any delays to the process. All the people I dealt with were friendly and answered all my questions. I felt everyone was very approachable too, though I am not particularly demonstrative in character, so I imagine this might not always be the case, as lawyers are bound to be very busy people.

We are in rented accommodation now, but are looking for a house to buy so I will be very pleased if Navreet could act on our behalf for our future purchase. There is only one thing I would ask for: once a client has instructed Moore and Tibbits to do conveyancing I think your service could be improved if the nominated solicitor were to phone the new client to introdudce themselves and talk through the sale/purchase process.
