Louise Courtney of Moore & Tibbits has today qualified as a Solicitor!
Louise previously worked as an independent advocate for a local charity and has extensive knowledge of social care and continuing health care assessments, having supported people through eligibility assessments for the past six years. Louise completed the Graduate Diploma in Law in June 2013 with a Distinction, winning the Sweet & Maxwell Vocational Law Award.
Louise regularly gives talks to support groups and charities regarding Deprivation of Liberty Safeguarding, Best Interests and Mental Capacity. She also was a co-speaker alongside Debbie Anderson at a Training Seminar Moore & Tibbits held last year regarding Legal Perspectives of the Care Pathway.
Having over 16 years experience working with and supporting older people through life changing events and challenges, Louise is a real asset to the multi-discplinary team at Moore & Tibbits.
