In particular, I would like to identify Bethan Goodridge for a special mention who took over my file and represented me from the early stages through to completion and beyond of the sale/purchase. After many obstacles, delays and frustrations, all from other sources and beyond her control, I cannot praise her enough for her professionalism and efforts as they never faulted. I was so impressed with the manner she held herself not only by her composure during adversity but also by her pleasantness and consummate communication which always gave me confidence that everything would be resolved.
