Many children, young people and families with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities are struggling to access the support they need and are often unaware of what they are legally entitled to.
Moore & Tibbits, who already have a well-regarded health and community care team, have a particular interest in working with young people and their families. They are able to provide a one-stop source of legal advice in relation to the health and social care issues as well as ensuring every child has the right to an education that enables them to progress and lead fulfilling lives.
With some members of the team having personal experience of battling public authorities to secure the right level of support for their own children, the team have a full understanding of the complexities and stresses that parents face.

The team also provide advice in relation to admissions, exclusions and issues relating to transport and are also going to be out and about in the community providing information at parent support groups and charities.
