It was therefore great to hear from a client recently with regards to an IRP decision. I had assisted the family in preparing a focussed challenge to the decision of non – eligibility. The IRP concluded that our client was eligible for 100% NHS continuing healthcare funding. It also concluded that previous assessments needed a further review. A great result for our client!
