Sophie qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and advises on all aspects of estate planning and succession matters including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate.
With her vast experience, she has developed a highly regarded reputation for advising individuals and families on issues relating to trusts, a specialist area she is passionate about. In particular, she has an in-depth technical legal ability advising on trusts for vulnerable individuals and personal injury trusts to ring-fence awards of compensation. She has been responsible for creating and overseeing multi-million pound settlements for clients. Sophie’s approachable, empathetic manner makes her an invaluable pillar of support to clients.
