Licensed Conveyancer

Olivia joined the firm in 2012 and works as a Licensed Conveyancer in the Residential Property Department.

Olivia initially worked in the residential conveyancing as assistant to Richard Wootton, Senior Partner, whilst studying and training to become a Licensed Conveyancer.  She assisted in running the caseload and dealing with all aspects of transactions.

Once qualified Olivia built her own client base, managing her own clients dealing mainly with a range of sale and purchase matters.  Having recently purchased her own home, she particularly likes to guide first time buyers through to a successful completion.

      The Starter Home Initiative was created with the aim of "unlocking home ownership for a generation", according to David Cameron at the time it was announced. It aims to make 100,000 new build homes available for first time buyers under the age of forty with a discount of at least 20% of the property value.
