Tracy Gard
Tracy joined the firm in September 2018 as part of the Residential Property Department, having worked in the local area since 1983. She is supported by her legal assistant Ashleigh Waterhouse.
Tracy considers that attention to detail is essential when dealing with property matters together with the ability to look after each client to ensure a smooth transaction. Tracy deals with a wide area of work including acting for first time buyers getting on the property ladder; sellers/buyers of Shared Ownership properties; Leasehold properties; dealing with registrations of unregistered properties; transfers of equity; re-mortgage and assisting investment buyers. She has a specialist knowledge of new build properties which are more complex, time consuming and under strict deadlines.
Tracy deals with properties in the local and far reaching area (including London) and happy to assist clients who sell or purchase throughout England.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Assisting clients creating a property portfolio of residential buy to lets
- Assisting clients with a new build property with the aid of the Help to Buy Scheme
- Assisting clients with the sale of a Leasehold flat in London with a share in the Freehold of the Building

Tracy is a keen Modern Jive dancer, enjoys gardening, DIY, travelling abroad and very fast cars.
