Sharon Edwards, Legal Assistant in our Health & Community Care Team will be joining the conference in support of World Alzheimer's Month. Sharon will be available at the event with information leaflets and advice in regards to the legal issues relating to care.
This is a FREE event for those living with dementia, primary carers, family, friends and volunteers.
